What we collect
We collect what you give us when you create an account and enter events: your name, email address, phone number, date of birth (used only to place riders in Youth and Teen divisions), your horses, and your entries and results.
How we use it
We use it to run the events you enter: to build draws, score runs, calculate payouts and points, and to show producers the entries for their own shows. Producers see the entry and contact details for riders entered in their events.
Phone numbers and text messages
Your phone number is used to contact you about events you entered. It is used for text alerts only if you opt in, and you can stop those at any time by replying STOP or by turning them off in your profile. See our text message terms. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment processor. Card numbers are entered directly into the processor's own secure fields and are never stored on our servers.
Your choices
You can view and edit your information in your profile at any time. To ask a question or request deletion of your account, email support@stockyardevents.com.
